Everyone wants to lose weight and here are two tips on how to just by drinking liquids!
Summer is here and everyone is trying to be healthy right? So, since I’ve seen people working out and eating their salads, I decided to let you in on two secrets. Last summer I had started to drink lemon water with every meal and whenever I felt dehydrated. If you didn’t know lemon is an element that helps you lose weight, yes it’s a fact (google it)! So I combined lemons with water because what’s a drink more healthy than water?! In order to create this all you do is first get yourself an infuser water bottle these can be found online or in supermarkets. Then just slice the lemon into little pieces so it fits into the tube of the bottle. Add warm water, yes warm as it helps getting more of the juices out of the lemon to give you better results. Then put it in the fridge and leave to it get cold for a tastier refresher taste!
You don’t have to just use lemons, as you can add more stuff into your bottle! Experiment and try it out!
The next drink that helps you to lose weight is, Green Tea. Some of you may know this is not a secret, as green tea is known as one of the healthiest drinks out there.
Green tea has a substance that boosts the metabolism, which burns the fat from your body. 2-3 cups of green tea everyday is benficial and can make a difference but to see a huge difference the more cups you drink a day the more of a result you will see.
I personally wasn’t a fan of green tea when I first tried it but I’ve realised the more you drink it, the more you get used to it and now I love it, espcially knowing it is great for my body!
